SMS Terms
Verdi Cloth runs a text message program for customers who ask to hear from us. These terms explain what you get, what it costs and how to stop. By giving us your mobile number and ticking the consent box, you agree to what is written here.
What you are signing up for
Recurring automated marketing text messages from Verdi, sent to the mobile number you give us. These cover new releases, restocks and offers. If you have placed an order, we may also text you about that order.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on our site and ticking the consent box yourself. We never tick it for you, and we never add a number to the programme that was not entered on that form.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy anything we sell without signing up for texts.
Who can sign up
You must be at least 18 years old. You must also be the account holder for the mobile number you enter, or have permission from the account holder to use it.
How often we text
Message frequency varies. We send when there is something worth sending — we do not text on a fixed schedule.
What it costs
Signing up is free, but message and data rates may apply. Any such charges are set by, billed by and payable to your mobile service provider, not to us. If you are unsure what your plan covers, check with your carrier before opting in.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message from us, at any time. You will get one confirmation message and then no further marketing texts.

Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device and your coverage, and is not guaranteed.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade mobile phone numbers, and your text message consent is not shared with any third party for any purpose.
Your number is passed only to the service providers who actually deliver the messages for us — our messaging platform and the mobile carriers that transmit them. They may use it to deliver our messages and for nothing else.

Changes to these terms
We may change these terms or end the messaging program at any time. If we change them, the updated version will be posted on this page.
